This week our chef has chosen the following fresh fish

Rock Grouper ~ This fish is very popular. White meat, unique delicate sweet taste. best pan fried or grilled.

Red Snapper ~ Firm white meat, suitable for all styles of cooking, chef recommends pan-fried in thai sauce.John Dory ~ White meat with a fine texture, firm to tender taste mild to sweet.SOLD OUT

Barramundi ~ Renowned for its unique, delicate, sweet taste and succulent firm white flesh.SOLD OUT

Halibut ~ Halibut meat is firm and very white. It has a mild taste and is very lean. This fish can be cooked in any style.SOLD OUT

Sea Bream ~ Caught of the coast of Great Britain firm and very white, it has a taste similiar to seabass. This fish is best pan fried. SOLD OUT

Monk Fish ~  The tail of the Monk Fish is the only part we use. Known as “Poor Man’s Lobster”. The tail is firm, dense and boneless. It has a mild sweet flavor and cooks up white in color. SOLD OUT

Swordfish ~ lean, slightly sweet and firm. SOLD OUT
